How to Stay Active When You Have a Desk Job

Sitting all day at your desk isn’t great for your health. It can lead to weight gain and increase the risk of serious health issues like heart disease, diabetes, and even some cancers. But quitting your job isn’t an option—you need it to pay the bills. So, how can you stay healthy while working a desk job? It’s not easy, but it’s definitely possible! Try these simple tips:  

# Move Whenever You Can  

Don’t stay glued to your chair all day. Get up at least once an hour—walk to the bathroom, grab a drink, or have a quick chat with a coworker (while standing).  


# Make the Most of Your Lunch Break
