Virat's post after India's T20 World Cup win took seven minutes to reach 1 million likes, while Hardik's post did it in just six minutes.

Hardik Pandya played a key role in India's victory in the ICC Champions Trophy. The tournament saw many current and future stars shine, including Shubman Gill (188 runs in five matches with a century), Shreyas Iyer (243 runs in five games with two fifties), Axar Patel (109 runs in five matches with five wickets), KL Rahul (140 runs in five games with an average of 140.00), and Varun Chakravarthy (nine wickets). These players were crucial in helping India win their second consecutive white-ball title.

In 2017, I couldn’t finish what I started, and I’m really happy that tonight I can say I’m a Champions Trophy winner. It feels great! For me, it’s always been about winning as many championships as I can. When we won in 2024, I said it wasn’t enough. I still want 5-6 more trophies. I’m excited that I’ve added one more to my collection,” said Hardik Pandya in a video shared by BCCI.

Hardik also shared that he wants his team to win no matter what. It doesn’t matter if he performs or not; he always wants the best for his team.

He added, “The most important thing in my life and cricket career is making sure my team wins. It’s very satisfying and calming for me every time I step onto the field. Even if I don’t contribute, if my team wins, it’s the best feeling I can have.
