LSG vs MI: Tilak Varma becomes fourth player to retire out in IPL history

Tilak scored 25 off 23 balls and got retired out with seven balls remaining in the second innings with MI needing 24 runs to win the match. MI eventually lost the match by 12 runs.

The 22-year-old became only the fourth player in IPL history to get retired out and first in this season.

The left-hander came into bat at number five in the ninth over but struggled through his innings as the scoring rate went up in the 204-run chase.
